The future of Fightstar<\/strong> has been uncertain ever since Charlie Simpson rejoined Busted <\/strong>back in 2015 – but now the future of Fightstar is looking bright!<\/p>\n

Charlie jumped on the Sappenin’ podcast<\/a> – the brainchild of The Blackout<\/strong> frontman Sean Smith – to talk about his past few months back in Busted, but he also touched on what’s coming up.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the future of Fightstar, Charlie shared \u201cI have done a couple of writing sessions already. I wrote a song the other day actually which I quite like, but I\u2019m not a fan of doing different things at the same time.”<\/em><\/p>\n

He continued “I feel like you need to focus on one project at a time to give it your full focus, but we will definitely do stuff with Fightstar again.”<\/em><\/p>\n

“The Busted boys, we\u2019ve all been quite open about the fact that, you know, we love doing this but that there will definitely be times where we take time out to do other projects. Matt likes doing his acting stuff, and James is doing his musicals, so there\u2019ll be a point where we say \u2018look, guys, let\u2019s take a break and do other stuff\u2019, but I can\u2019t put an exact time limit on that at the moment. But, you know, yeah, whenever I get a guitar in my hand \u2013 especially a 7-string \u2013 the riffs start to come out.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

So that all sounds very promising. Even if there’s no firm time on when we’ll see Fightstar again.<\/p>\n
