The numbers are attributed to the successful launch of the online reservation system and responsive visitor information services, a key focus of partner efforts over the past few weeks.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201c<\/em><\/strong>At Visit Glenwood Springs, we are pleased that the implementation of the reservation system has been a smooth process. The feedback from visitors has been very positive,\u201d said Lisa Langer, Director of Tourism Promotion for Visit Glenwood.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There is still plenty of&nbsp;opportunity&nbsp;to secure a reservation to visit Hanging Lake throughout the peak season (May 1 \u2014 Oct. 31). To date, July is the most popular month to reserve a permit, a trend reflected in visitation numbers from prior years.<\/p>\n<p>Data indicates the majority of people making reservations are coming from the Front Range. Hundreds of out-of-state visitors have also reserved their permits to visit.
