It\u2019s even a popular spot to end the day, thanks to its creative list of hot drinks, cocktails and martinis. Who wouldn\u2019t want to cap off a day on the mountain with a bacon bloody Mary or a hot buttered rum?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s really a classic spot \u2014 a true craft coffee shop,\u201d says Shevi Rashidi, one of the principal owners of the restaurant group that manages Inxpot.<\/p>\n<p>Tom and Susan Chehak opened Inxpot in 1995 and began serving the village as the only all-in-one coffeehouse, bookstore and bar. While plenty of bookstores were selling coffee in those days, a bookstore with booze and great food was \u2014 and still is \u2014 something special.<\/p>\n<p>From wines by the glass to craft cocktails to coffee drinks with or without liquor, this place is a one-stop-shop for all your needs on a cold, winter day. Inxpot also makes a creative list of specialty coffee drinks, flavored coffee drinks and classics such as lattes and mochas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menu highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From comfort foods like biscuits and sausage gravy to quiche to hearty breakfast sandwiches and burritos, you won\u2019t have to worry about running out of steam on the mountain. There are plenty of veggie and healthy options for those looking to keep things light, too.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch includes a nice variety of classic hot and cold sandwiches, as well as chili, soups, salads and heavenly mac-and-cheese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Check out Inxpot\u2019s list of inventive hot drinks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hot buttered rum: Bacardi Light Rum, hot water, and our yummy house-made hot buttered rum mix.
