It takes about 20 minutes to complete, and all individual results will be kept confidential. The results of the study will be released this summer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Interested parties have until May 3 to complete the survey, and those who participate will be entered to win one of six $50 Visa gift cards.
