I<br \/>\nthought that when we elected town council members they were supposed to<br \/>\nrepresent the people of the town. Without having taken a vote of the town<br \/>\npeople, they have no right, as our representatives, to imply that we, the<br \/>\nindividual voters, support (or not) the ballot initiatives.
