While the owner, Melanie Ash, has an extensive background in hairdressing, she began coupling her skills with internal work for clients when she opened her Frisco salon in 2012 to create an integrative beauty salon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ash said she has been in the beauty industry for almost 34 years and was previously working as the creative head of education for more than 2,000 salons. She retired eight years ago in order to open her Frisco salon. Ash completed reiki and evidence-based energy medicine training, and she found that she wanted to help people undergo transformation from the inside out. She also provides coaching, goal setting and neuro-linguistic programming services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI support people with personal development, coaching, healing energy and hair,\u201d Ash said.<\/p>\n<p>Ash works with clients one on one and said she has a strong local clientele as well as clients that travel from Denver, Eagle, Vail and out of state.
