While onstage at Madison Square Garden Saturday, Billy Joel<\/a> enlisted Jon Bon Jovi<\/a> for \u201cIt\u2019s Still Rock and Roll to Me\u201d and \u201cBig Shot.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jovi took the lead vocals on \u201cIt\u2019s Still Rock and Roll to Me,\u201d hitting every line and dancing during Mark Rivera\u2019s saxophone solo. \u201cWhat\u2019s the matter with the car I\u2019m driving?\u201d he sang. \u201cCan\u2019t you tell that it\u2019s out of style?\u201d The hit appeared on 1980\u2019s Glass Houses<\/em>, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary on March 12th.<\/p>\n

Joel kicked off \u201cBig Shot,\u201d cruising through the first verse on piano as Bon Jovi joined in for the chorus. \u201cI\u2019m the luckiest kid of Madison Square Garden, sitting onstage with Billy Joel,\u201d he told the crowd.<\/p>\n

Joel celebrated his five-year anniversary of his Garden residency<\/a> on January 11th. He\u2019s brought out more than 25 guests on the recordbreaking run, including Bruce Springsteen<\/a>, Paul Simon and Miley Cyrus<\/a>. \u201cPeople show up, we throw \u2018em on the stage,\u201d Joel recently told Pollstar.<\/a> \u201cIf I start to get an idea for a song that I want to do at the moment, not even my song, we just go ahead and do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bon Jovi recently announced a summer tour<\/a> in support of their upcoming album, Bon Jovi 2020.<\/em> The band will hit major cities throughout June and July, wrapping up with two nights at Madison Square Garden on July 27th and 28th.<\/p>\n
