Best Coast<\/a> have released a new song, \u201cDifferent Light,\u201d from their upcoming LP Always Tomorrow<\/em>, out February 21st.<\/p>\n

The single touches on being confident in your own world view while accepting the POVs of others. \u201cHonestly, I want for everyone what\u2019s happenin\u2019 to me\/I have to remember to stay on my side of the street,\u201d sings Bethany Cosentino. \u201cHell has many mansions and yours could still be incomplete\/Who am I to judge if you still see things in a different light?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDifferent Light\u201d is the third song to be released from the record, following last year\u2019s synthy, Eighties pop-inspired \u201cFor the First Time\u201d and this month\u2019s \u201cEverything Has Changed,\u201d<\/a> which was accompanied by a Ryan Baxley-directed video featuring the Vanderpump Rules<\/em> cast.<\/p>\n

Best Coast \u2014 comprising Cosentino (vocals\/guitar) and Bobb Bruno (guitar) \u2014 produced Always Tomorrow<\/em><\/a> with Carlos de la Garza and Paramore producer Justin Meldal-Johnsen. It will be their first official album since 2015\u2019s California Nights<\/em>. (They produced a kids\u2019 album, Best Kids<\/em>, in 2018.)<\/p>\n

Best Coast kicks off a North American tour later this month with support from Mannequin Pussy<\/a> on most dates.<\/p>\n
