Def Leppard<\/a> will embark on a <\/span>North American tour this fall with ZZ Top<\/a> set to open.<\/p>\n

The 16-date 20\/20 Vision tour will launch September 21st at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York, and criss-cross the South, Midwest and Pacific Northwest for the next few weeks before wrapping October 18th at the Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving been an admirer of [ZZ Top] for a lifetime it\u2019s gonna be a real pleasure to finally do some shows together,\u201d Def Leppard\u2019s Joe Elliott said in a statement. \u201cMaybe some of us will get to go for a spin with Billy in one of those fancy cars.\u201d<\/p>\n

ZZ Top\u2019s Billy Gibbons added: \u201cWe\u2019ve been at this for 50 years now and the forthcoming run with [Def Leppard] underscores that the good times are really just beginning. Joe Elliott is always welcome to ride \u2018shotgun\u2019 with us and we won\u2019t even ask him to pay for the gas.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tickets for the fall leg of the 20\/20 Vision tour will go on sale February 21st at 10 a.m. local time via LiveNation. Citi cardholders will have access to pre-sale tickets between February 18th at 10 a.m. local time through February 20th at 10 p.m. local time.<\/p>\n

Def Leppard are already scheduled to spend much of the summer on the road<\/a> with another North American tour kicking off June 18th in Jacksonville, Florida, and wrapping September 5th at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles. ZZ Top have an array of shows<\/a> scheduled throughout the U.S. and Canada this spring and summer as well.<\/p>\n
