Imagine having your wedding band be none other than Adele<\/a>. The singer took the stage to celebrate her friend Laura Dockrill\u2019s nuptials at the Mason\u2019s Arms pub in London over the weekend and used the opportunity as a chance to confirm the arrival of her next album this fall.<\/p>\n

Adele officiated the wedding of Dockrill and former Maccabees band member Hugo White, and performed \u201cRolling in the Deep\u201d following the ceremony, as well as covers of Spice Girls\u2019 \u201cSpice Up Your Life,\u201d Candi Staton\u2019s \u201cYoung Hearts Run Free\u201d and Beyonce\u2019s \u201cCrazy in Love.\u201d A recording of her saying \u201cexpect my album in September\u201d has also surfaced online, reportedly following her performance.<\/p>\n

The possibility of a September album matches up with something Adele\u2019s team said a few weeks ago the Eurosonic Noorderslag conference and festival in the Netherlands. Lucy and Jonathan Dickins confirmed that new music from the singer should be expected in 2020, according to Music Week<\/a>. \u201cThe sooner the better,\u201d Jonathan noted during the appearance.<\/p>\n

Adele\u2019s last album, 25<\/em><\/a>, dropped in 2015. She won Album of the Year<\/a> and Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2016 Grammy Awards, as well as Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance for her single \u201cHello.\u201d<\/p>\n
