She served as president of the group until earlier this year, when she handed over the reins to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summitdaily.com\/news\/summit-interfaith-council-announces-new-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"longtime member Pat McShane (opens in a new tab)\">longtime member Pat McShane<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Under Luellen\u2019s leadership, the Interfaith Council has developed a number of countywide programs, including the group\u2019s Summer Sunday Film Series, the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Thanksgiving To Go food drive (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.summitdaily.com\/news\/interfaith-council-brings-back-thanksgiving-to-go-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\">Thanksgiving to Go food drive<\/a>, ongoing <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"People's Supper (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.summitdaily.com\/news\/summit-interfaith-council-hosts-pilot-peoples-supper-event-in-frisco\/\" target=\"_blank\">People\u2019s Supper<\/a> events and the creation of the local Hate Has no Home Here campaign. Luellen also helped to organize a number of gatherings to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"respond to incidences of gun violence (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.summitdaily.com\/news\/local\/dozens-gather-in-dillon-in-show-of-solidarity-with-muslim-community-a-week-after-christchurch-attacks\/\" target=\"_blank\">respond to incidences of gun violence<\/a> around the country and abroad.
