Harry Styles<\/a> appeared at the BRIT Awards<\/a> in London to perform his song \u201cFalling.\u201d For the emotional performance, the singer stood on a stage covered in water, with more water pouring out of a grand piano, as he crooned the ballad.<\/p>\n

The song comes off Styles\u2019 recent album Fine Line<\/em><\/a>, which dropped last year. The singer told Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a> that the \u201cdreamy soul ballad\u201d came about when his producer Tom \u201cKid Harpoon\u201d Hull came over to his house one day. \u201c<\/span>Tom had come up to my place to grab something, and he\u2019d sat at the piano and I\u2019d just got out of the shower,\u201d Styles said. \u201cHe started playing, and we wrote it there. So I was completely naked when I wrote that song.\u201d<\/p>\n

Styles has been making the rounds on TV lately. He showed his love for Joni Mitchell by covering<\/a> \u201cBig Yellow Taxi\u201d in the BBC Radio 2 Breakfast studio. He also appeared on a segment<\/a> of The Late Late Show<\/em>, salsa dancing with host James Corden\u2019s parents in Miami during the Super Bowl. Styles was originally scheduled to perform in Miami that weekend in conjunction with the game, but his set was canceled<\/a> due to severe thunderstorms. He did get to perform<\/a> with Lizzo<\/a> during her set at Pandora and SiriusXM\u2019s show, dueting on her song \u201cJuice.\u201d Lizzo repaid the favor by covering \u201cAdore You\u201d<\/a> for BBC Radio 1\u2019s Live Lounge.<\/p>\n
