The designs are being proposed by a private property owner, who approached the town late last year and pitched a partnership to develop on his and the adjacent town owned Sabatini lot. The discussion will center around the potential buildings\u2019 character, site impacts, sustainability, and community needs and goals.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, the vacant land on Granite Street, including the Sabatini lot, was identified by the town\u2019s Housing Task Force and the Frisco Town Council as high-priority sites for potential housing projects.
