It seems as though progress is being made on the debut <strong>I Don&#8217;t Know How But They Found Me<\/strong> album.<\/p>\n<p>At the start of the year Dallon Weekes had revealed that recording was set to start very soon in a reply to a fan.&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Next week<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Dallon Weekes (@DallonWeekes) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DallonWeekes\/status\/1214353368149184512?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 7, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And now in what is the sort of spoiler we like to see, the band&#8217;s Twitter account has revealed that Ryan Seaman has finished tracking drums for the record.&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"4.2056074766355\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">iDKHOW Album Spoilers:<\/p>\n<p>Ryan is done tracking drums.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 iDKHOW BUT THEY FOUND ME (@iDKHOW) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/iDKHOW\/status\/1232166765716631552?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 25, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So that&#8217;s one member down, one to go.<\/p>\n<p>Not long now!<\/p>\n<p>Dallon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rocksound.tv\/news\/read\/dallon-weekes-gives-an-update-on-the-idkhow-album\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">spoke last year<\/a> about what genre he thought that the album would end up being:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;There are a couple of tracks that were written at the same time as the EP. Genre-wise, the album will wander around a bit. There is one song, which I am really fond of, that was inspired by (nineteen-forties vocal group) The Ink Spots. I love them so much and I have for years. So, I wrote a song using their formula. We are not concerned with sticking to genres. I just want to write and record music I want to listen to.
