Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows are back.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It’s been 9 years since Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows<\/strong> released their first and only album album ‘D.R.U.G.S’ before disbanding a year later.<\/p>\n

In that time vocalist Craig Owens has both rejoined Chiodos<\/strong> and kickstarted his other project badXchannels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Well it appears as though he feels 2020 is the right time to revive the D.R.U.G.S moniker, as the current sole member, with the release of a new song. <\/p>\n

In an interview with Forbes<\/a> Owens has explained a little about what the song represents for him:<\/p>\n

“This song wasn\u2019t meant to be cocky or aggressive. What it was meant to be was motivational. It was meant to be a message that, \u201cYou\u2019re good enough. You need to press on, and you need to feel good about yourself in order to do that.<\/em><\/p>\n

I know it can be misconstrued in a million different ways \u2014 however people wanna see it \u2014 but motivation was my main goal with this.”<\/p>\n

He then goes on to say:<\/p>\n

“I do think that I\u2019ll introduce members later on, but right now my focus is just like it was when the first album was written. The music matters the most. That\u2019s where my focus is at. After that, I\u2019ll start to figure out how to present it live. I don\u2019t want this to just be about me. It\u2019s about the music. That\u2019s all I really care about, and that\u2019s all I\u2019ve ever cared about.”<\/em><\/p>\n
