Where is the new record up to?<\/strong><br \/>Says Danny:&nbsp;<em>&#8220;Well I just got the masters back and it has been on repeat in the car ever since. I think that we\u2019ve created the album that we\u2019ve been trying to make for our entire career &#8211; we\u2019ve finally accumulated all of the tools and pieces that were needed to be able to create what we\u2019ve done with this album. It\u2019s by far the most special piece of work that we\u2019ve put together as a band. In typical Asking Alexandria fashion, it\u2019s different.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>How so?<\/strong><br \/><em>&#8220;We\u2019ve been trying to figure out the best way to describe it, and what we\u2019ve fallen on is that it\u2019s somewhere between the self-titled record and \u2018From Death To Destiny\u2019. We\u2019ve taken the aggression of \u2018From Death To Destiny\u2019 where there was still the frustrations and internal angst, and we\u2019ve mixed it with the passion and drive of the \u2018Asking Alexandria\u2019 album.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>So how does that look?<\/strong><br \/><em>&#8220;Well it\u2019s a very big album &#8211; it\u2019s long. We\u2019ve written a lot of songs. We got to the point where we said, \u2018okay which songs are going on this\u2019 and we ended up going \u2018fuck it, put them all on there\u2019. So we\u2019ve done that &#8211; we\u2019ve put everything on there. There are no B-sides, there\u2019s nothing that didn\u2019t make the cut. There\u2019s going to be songs where people are going to listen and say \u2018I don\u2019t know why they put that song on here\u2019, and that\u2019s fine. That\u2019s the point, because there are going to be people who will say \u2018That\u2019s my favourite song\u2019 about the same thing.
