Voting is live until March 7 at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/summitdaily.com\/peakperformers\">SummitDaily.com\/peakperformers<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nominee<\/strong>: Cody Cirillo<br \/><strong>Sport<\/strong>: freestyle skiing<\/p>\n<p>Cody Cirillo, a Breckenridge native and talented youth mogul skier for Team Summit, was successful in elite-level contests, including competing in Dew Tour and globetrotting for World Cup events.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, Cirillo has transitioned to more backcountry skiing and film projects as he\u2019s parlayed his bachelor\u2019s degree in environmental science and health to use his ski skills to advocate for environmental issues.<\/p>\n<p>More casually, the Faction skier has gone viral for epic spring-ski backcountry lines at iconic Summit County spots like Loveland Pass. On a more professional note, Cirillo has spent time joining some of the world\u2019s best freeskiers \u2014 such as Tim McChesney, Duncan Adams and Alex Hall \u2014 for films such as Faction\u2019s \u201cThe Collective.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cirillo\u2019s biggest recent project was that of transforming a 1962 Chevrolet C50 school bus \u2014 dubbed the \u201cHoneyhouse Bus\u201d \u2014 into a van lifer\u2019s dream.
