It quickly became the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/charts\/albums\/\">most popular album in the country<\/a>, competing with the first-week numbers of artists like BTS and Justin Bieber. What\u2019s more, it was the dynamic young rapper\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/lil-uzi-vert-eternal-atake-2-965211\/\">best work to date<\/a>, a blisteringly charming and musically omnivorous assault; likely part of the reason for its commercial success. He immediately began suggesting \u2014 via Twitter, of course \u2014 that more was coming. And now, one week later, he\u2019s released another album.<\/p>\n<p>Billed as the \u201cdeluxe\u201d version of&nbsp;<em>Eternal Atake<\/em>, Uzi added a whopping 14 songs to the (already substantial) tracklist. Despite its addition to <em>Atake<\/em>, Uzi was adamant on Twitter that the additions make the release something closer to a double album: the new second half is billed as the sequel to 2016\u2019s <em>Lil Uzi Vert vs. The World<\/em>, one of his early mixtapes that established him as one of the most exciting artists to arrive on the scene in recent memory.
