Donald Glover<\/a>, under his own name and not the Childish Gambino<\/a> moniker, surprise-released a new album Sunday via a website, Donald Glover Presents<\/a>, where the LP is streaming on loop.<\/span><\/p>\n

The surprise album \u2013 which was verified by Glover\u2019s management, NME reports<\/a> \u2013 features the 2018 Childish Gambino single \u201cFeels Like Summer<\/a>,\u201d \u201cWarlords\u201d (debuted at his 2019 Coachella set) and \u201cAlgorythm,\u201d a song Glover performed during his This Is America Tour that later popped up in a Google Pixel commercial.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 12-song collection also features appearances by Ariana Grande, 21 Savage and SZA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Donald Glover Presents \u2013 the website where the collection is streaming (as well as the name of Glover\u2019s Adidas partnership) \u2013 doesn\u2019t contain any information about the album other than a four-panel sketch of the LP\u2019s potential artwork. Below that, there\u2019s a blank text submission field, but the reason for that is unknown.  <\/span>At press time, the album is only available at the Donald Glover Presents site and not streaming services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Glover\u2019s last full-length LP was 2016\u2019s \u201cAwaken, My Love!\u201d<\/em> Since then, Childish Gambino swept the Grammys<\/a> with his 2018 hit \u201cThis Is America,\u201d winner of both Record of the Year and Song of the Year. A string of one-off singles, including \u201cFeels Like Summer\u201d and \u201cSummertime Magic.\u201d Childish Gambino\u2019s most recent release was 2019\u2019s \u201cMood 4 Eva,\u201d a collaboration with Beyonce and Jay-Z for The Lion King: The Gift<\/em> companion album.<\/span><\/p>\n
