In the video, the pop star is in a museum where she is the main muse. Past iterations of herself, including notable looks from her time with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/spice-girls\/\" id=\"auto-tag_spice-girls\" data-tag=\"spice-girls\">Spice Girls<\/a> and her debut album <em>Northern Star<\/em>, are featured as paintings or statues. She even features a future version of herself, with spiky gray hair.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Melanie C calls the song \u201cpersonal and reflective.\u201d She adds: \u201cIt\u2019s about how I\u2019ve changed and developed through my life. The more courage I\u2019ve found, the more I have been able to express myself and grow into the woman I now am.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Melanie C first made her mark as Sporty Spice in the internationally acclaimed pop group Spice Girls. The band officially disbanded in 2000 but they have reunited twice since, including a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/spice-girls-reunion-dublin-840277\/\">2019 reunion tour<\/a> (sans Victoria \u201cPosh Spice\u201d Beckham).
