{"id":805771,"date":"2020-03-27T13:22:26","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T19:22:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/?p=974122"},"modified":"2020-03-27T13:22:26","modified_gmt":"2020-03-27T19:22:26","slug":"the-eagles-csn-linda-ronstadt-appear-in-laurel-canyon-documentary-teaser","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alwaysmountaintime.com\/ksmt\/music-news\/the-eagles-csn-linda-ronstadt-appear-in-laurel-canyon-documentary-teaser\/","title":{"rendered":"The Eagles, CSN, Linda Ronstadt Appear in \u2018Laurel Canyon\u2019 Documentary Teaser"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/LindaRon.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p>The Eagles, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Linda Ronstadt and more appear in the new trailer for <em>Laurel Canyon, <\/em>a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/documentary\/\" id=\"auto-tag_documentary\" data-tag=\"documentary\">documentary<\/a> series airing in two parts on Epix, May 31st and June 7th at 9 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n<p>Directed by Allison Ellwood \u2014 who recently worked on <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/movies\/movie-reviews\/sundance-2020-the-go-gos-documentary-review-942936\/\">The Go-Go\u2019s<\/a><\/em> and the 2013 critically-acclaimed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/movies\/movie-news\/qa-don-henley-opens-up-about-the-history-of-the-eagles-at-sundance-187681\/\"><em>History of the Eagles<\/em><\/a> documentary \u2014 the 30-second clip features the legendary artists that inhabited the Hollywood Hills neighborhood in Los Angeles during the late Sixties and early Seventies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were at the very center of this beautiful bubble of creativity and friendship,\u201d Graham Nash says in the video, as images of musicians flash across the screen: the Byrds, Jackson Browne, Joni Mitchell, the Doors, the Mamas and the Papas, Bonnie Raitt and more. \u201cWhen a chemistry happens between people musically,\u201d David Crosby adds, \u201cit\u2019s magic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The series includes original interviews with Browne, Nash, Raitt, Ronstadt, Don Henley, Michelle Phillips, Roger McGuinn and others.
