The Weeknd<\/a>\u2019s \u201cBlinding Lights\u201d spent a second week at Number One on the <\/span>Rolling Stone <\/span><\/i>Top 100 Songs chart, surging in the aftermath of the official release of the singer\u2019s new full-length, <\/span>After Hours<\/span><\/i>. Roddy Ricch\u2019s long-running hit \u201cThe Box\u201d continues to perform strongly after more than four months on the chart; it hovered at Number Two this week.<\/span><\/p>\n

The biggest debut this week belonged to Nav<\/a>, who is signed to the Weeknd\u2019s label XO Records: \u201cTurks,\u201d a collaboration with the streaming stars Gunna<\/a> and Travis Scott<\/a>, arrived at Number Four. The martial track is produced by Wheezy, who is also responsible for hits like Meek Mill and Drake\u2019s \u201cGoing Bad\u201d and Future\u2019s \u201cCrushed Up.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Rolling Stone<\/span><\/i> Top 100 chart tracks the most popular songs of the week in the United States. Songs are ranked by song units, a number that combines audio streams and song sales using a custom weighting system. The chart does not include passive listening like terrestrial radio or digital radio. The <\/span>Rolling Ston<\/span><\/i>e Top 100 chart is updated daily, and each week <\/span>Rolling Stone<\/span><\/i> finalizes and publishes an official version of the chart, covering the seven-day period ending with the previous Thursday.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was a relatively quiet week for new releases on the latest <\/span>RS <\/span>100. Dua Lipa<\/a>\u2019s <\/span>Future Nostalgia <\/span><\/i>album spawned two chart entries, \u201cBreak My Heart\u201d (Number 11) and \u201cPhysical\u201d (Number 70). PartyNextDoor\u2019s \u201cBelieve It,\u201d featuring vocals from Rihanna, arrived at Number 23. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the absence of powerhouse new releases, viral sensations continued to rise on the chart. Lil Mosey moved into the Top Ten with \u201cBlueberry Faygo,\u201d which continues to entice streamers. Powfu\u2019s \u201cDeath Bed (Coffee for Your Head),\u201d a collaboration with Beabadoobee that has soundtracked more than three million videos on the app TikTok, also moved into the Top 20. <\/span><\/p>\n
