As part of the ongoing Marley75<\/a> celebration \u2014 and to spread positivity during this pandemic \u2014 Bob Marley<\/a>\u2019s estate has shared a new animated video for the reggae legend\u2019s \u201cThree Little Birds.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Marley\u2019s daughter Cedella said in a statement of the new video, \u201cThis song has helped provide hope and light for so many over the years, including me, and I hope it does the same for people now, especially with all that is going on in the world.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The visual puts a playful spin on the classic Big Bad Wolf fairytales \u2014 like Three Little Pigs<\/em> and Little Red Riding Hood<\/em> \u2014 as well as old-school Disney cartoons to weave together a tale about a pig and a wolf who develop a friendship, all under the watchful eye of the titular three little birds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marley\u2019s estate also recently released new visuals for classic tracks like \u201cEasy Skanking<\/a>\u201d and \u201cRedemption Song<\/a>,\u201d which received an animated video in February as the first installment in a planned year-long celebration to mark what would have been Marley\u2019s 75th birthday.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Marley75 series will also features a 12-part documentary series<\/a> about the singer \u2014 the first two episodes are on YouTube now \u2014 as well as the recently released Iron Lion Zion<\/em> EP.<\/span><\/p>\n
