Now, they\u2019ve decided to expand on the concept with a new SiriusXM special titled <em>The Fogerty Rockin\u2019 Family Hour.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The show will air Monday at 4:00 pm ET on Classic Vinyl and feature Fogerty and his kids playing CCR classics and answering fan questions about his long career. \u201cIn this current \u2018stay-at-home\u2019 climate we are all living, my family and I are happy to come together and engage SiriusXM listeners in a special hour of music, conversation and family fun,\u201d Fogerty said in a statement. \u201cMusic has a way of uniting and comforting people during the darkest of times and we hope this special brings some light from our home to yours.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" type=\"text\/html\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GpQZtE1PhOo?version=3&amp;enablejsapi=1&amp;origin=https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com&amp;rel=1&amp;fs=1&amp;autohide=2&amp;showsearch=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;iv_load_policy=1&amp;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\">[embedded content]<\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In preview clips provided to the press, Fogerty and his sons Shane and Tyler played \u201cFortunate Son\u201d and John spoke about the tension with his brother\/bandmate Tom Fogerty that lead to his eventual departure from the group. \u201cThat was a surprise to me,\u201d he says. \u201cI tried to talk him into\u2026what I really wanted us to do was take a break because we were all really stressed. But he wanted out of it. What he wanted was separation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Shane and Tyler both perform in John\u2019s touring band.
