He is currently working on his sophomore album.<\/p>\n<p>On \u201cWeird!\u201d Yungblud examines his feelings of fear and anxiety \u2014 while injecting some hope. \u201cHold my hand\/Hold it tight\/We\u2019re in a weird time of life,\u201d he sings on the punchy, uptempo song\u2019s chorus. \u201cDon\u2019t wreck your brain\/It\u2019s gonna be alright\/We\u2019re in a weird time of life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wrote the song about the weirdest time in my life ever imagined,\u201d Yungblud says in a statement. \u201cI felt like the ground beneath me was a maze that was shapeshifting and I felt like I was going to fall down the cracks and, in my opinion, the world feels exactly like that right now.
