A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/support-amanda-kloots-nick-cordero-amp-elvis?utm_source=customer&amp;utm_medium=copy_link&amp;utm_campaign=m_pd+share-sheet\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">GoFundMe<\/a> campaign has been established to help raise funds for his family\u2019s medical costs.<\/p>\n<p>Bareilles was joined by former costars Jessie Mueller, Eric Anderson, Kimiko Glenn and Keala Settle for a cover of Cordero\u2019s 2018 song \u201cLive Your Life.\u201d&nbsp;Fran Curry, Charity Angel Dawson, Christopher Fitzgerald, Becky Fleming, Thomas Gates and other cast members also appeared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNick loved his <em>Waitress<\/em> family very much!\u201d Cordero\u2019s wife, Amanda Kloots, wrote on her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B_dhXd5nOy9\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a>. \u201cI remember how excited he was when he got this job, too. Working with this cast and crew was a dream come true for him. When you\u2019re in a Broadway show, your cast becomes your family. Even after a show closes, the family stays open.
