Liam Gallagher<\/a> lashed out as his brother and former bandmate Noel Gallagher<\/a> Thursday after the latter released a long-lost Oasis<\/a> demo titled \u201cDon\u2019t Stop<\/a>,\u201d a track featuring lead vocals by Noel.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWell there\u2019s something missing in this god almighty stew and it\u2019s your brother your brother don\u2019t forget your brother,\u201d Liam said of the track on Twitter<\/a>. <\/span>\u201cOi tofu boy if your gonna release old demos make sure im singing on it and boneheads playing guitar on it if not it\u2019s not worth a wank as you were.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Liam added of \u201cDon\u2019t Stop,\u201d which was recorded around Oasis\u2019 final tour together in 2009:<\/span><\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Noel revealed that he unearthed the lost Oasis demo while going through unmarked CDs during his social distancing, and promptly uploaded the track onto the internet without Liam\u2019s input.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAs fate would have it I have stumbled across an old demo which I thought had been lost forever.\u201d Noel Gallagher said of the track, \u201cAs far as I\u2019m aware there is only one version of this tune \u2018out there\u2019 from an Oasis soundcheck in Hong Kong about 15 years ago? I\u2019m not sure whether the soundcheck version pre dates the demo as there\u2019s no date on the CD. I know some of you love this tune so we thought we\u2019d put it \u2018out there\u2019 for you to enjoy\/argue over.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to the \u201cDon\u2019t Stop\u201d release, Liam was lobbying for an Oasis reunion \u201cwith or without Noel Gallagher\u201d as part of a charity concert for workers of the United Kingdom\u2019s National Health Service.<\/span><\/p>\n
