Although stars love to get sentimental over their mamas, there\u2019s something special about the fearsome, badass maternal figures of rock &amp; roll&nbsp;\u2013 whether it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/artist\/ll-cool-j\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">LL Cool J<\/a>\u2019s mama telling him to knock you out, or Rosalita\u2019s mama chasing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/artist\/bruce-springsteen\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Bruce Springsteen<\/a> off the porch with a broom. Alone late at night, weary from too much dancing and decadence, he calls his mother, who tells him, \u201cWhen I was 22\/I was a lot like you,\u201d and tells him to go put on some more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/artist\/bob-dylan\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Dylan<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/artist\/the-rolling-stones\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Stones<\/a> albums. Except it doesn\u2019t work, because no bulldog is as scary as a Shangri-La in raging-pheremone mode.
