The special aired Sunday night (May 17th) on ABC, and Swift later shared audio clips from the intimate show on YouTube, as well as a full video of her acoustic performance of \u201cThe Man.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/d_2WyBcFbFY?version=3&amp;enablejsapi=1&amp;origin=https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com&amp;rel=1&amp;fs=1&amp;autohide=2&amp;showsearch=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;iv_load_policy=1&amp;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\">[embedded content]<\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Throughout the hour-long performance, which is now available to stream on Hulu and Disney+, Swift offered insights into the creation of <em>Lover<\/em> and brief stories behind some of the songs. When introducing \u201cCornelia Street,\u201d she quipped, \u201cI think I actually wrote this song\u2026 when I was in the bathtub!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And as she\u2019s known to do from time to time, Swift switched around some lyrics during the show to the delight of her fans. At the end of \u201cThe Archer,\u201d for instance, she changed the repeated refrain from \u201cWho could say?\u201d to \u201c<em>You<\/em> could stay,\u201d and the crowd went wild.<\/p>\n<p>Swift had planned a limited run of tour dates this year in support of&nbsp;<em>Lover<\/em>, including festival dates as well as two weekend-long events known as Lover Fest in Los Angeles and Boston.
