But the drink \u2014 well-dubbed as Drop the Beet \u2014 is another story.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Special Sections-ATW-ATW_Body_Serif\">Infused with beets for four to five days, the vodka lays the groundwork for this eye-catching red \u2013 well, actually beet-colored \u2013 libation. You taste the hearty root vegetable and then, quickly, your tastebuds twist with the ginger liqueur and citrus kick; the sugar rim brightens the entire experience<\/p>\n<p class=\"Special Sections-ATW-ATW_Body_Serif\">Infusing spirits \u2014 tequila, brandy and more \u2013 is something Williams plans to bring to the Limelight as it becomes the cornerstone of Base Village&#8217;s apres-ski scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Special Sections-ATW-ATW_Body_Serif\">&#8220;We want our menus \u2014 both drink and food \u2014 to match our clientele,&#8221; she says. &#8220;Here in Snowmass, that&#8217;s creative but not too far out there.
