MySpace has come under fire after they admitted to losing over 12 years of music uploaded to the site between 2003 and 2015. <\/p>\n

Last year all music uploaded to MySpace before 2015 had stopped working, according to reports from people who were still using the platform – now MySpace have confirmed that all songs uploaded to the platform have been lost.<\/p>\n

In an email to a concerned MySpace user, the Data Privacy Officer for the site confirmed that “Due to a server migration files were corrupted and unable to be transferred over to our updated site. There is no way to recover the lost data.”<\/em><\/p>\n
