More safety bars. Better training,\u201d said Wilder, who hopes her group, Parents For Safe Skiing, can grow into a consumer agency promoting chairlift safety.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wilder, a Boulder parent with a 5-year-old son who takes lessons at Eldora Mountain Resort, testified last week before the Colorado Senate\u2019s Local Government Committee as it studied the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1PvQD-VPL-vwwcLdxBomip-BOwuYr1jjO\/view\">Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies sunset review<\/a>&nbsp;of the tramway board. She supported DORA\u2019s recommendation that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/leg.colorado.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/2019A\/bills\/2019a_159_01.pdf\">legislation reauthorizing the board for another 11 years<\/a>&nbsp;drop the requirement that the most serious discipline of lift operators requires proof of \u201cwillful and wanton\u201d misconduct.
