The firm also will work with organizations on cultural programs that feature artists, artist conversations and involvement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BriefText\">For more information, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nancywilhelms.com\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.nancywilhelms.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BriefText HeadLarge\">City\u2019s gets good financial marks<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BriefText\">Moody\u2019s Investor Services recently assigned the city of Aspen an Aa1 rating, noting its healthy operating revenue, low debt obligation and considerable cash reserves.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BriefText\">\u201cThis upgrade in rating is very timely as the city is thinking of going out to the market again for financing, said the city\u2019s finance director, Pete Strecker, in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BriefText\">The city also just received The Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.
