The three tracks he unveiled capture the spirit of the project, especially his new take on \u201cDemolition Man,\u201d in which he turns the reggae-tinged tune \u2013 first performed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WwUsuf15P3A\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Grace Jones<\/a>, then later <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VpYrXHT1v9g\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">the Police<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/ghost-in-the-machine-125670\/\"><em>Ghost in the Machine<\/em><\/a> \u2013 into a riff-heavy rocker.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>My Songs<\/em> will feature more faithful reimaginings as well, such as Sting\u2019s new versions of \u201cDesert Rose\u201d and \u201cBrand New Day,\u201d both of which remain rooted in the atmospheric grooves of the originals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The track list for <em>My Songs<\/em> also boasts \u201cMessage in a Bottle,\u201d \u201cEnglishman in New York,\u201d \u201cEvery Breath You Take,\u201d \u201cFields of Gold\u201d and a live version of \u201cRoxanne.\u201d A deluxe edition of the album includes four live tracks, \u201cSynchronicity II,\u201d \u201cNext to You,\u201d \u201cSpirits in the Material World\u201d and \u201cFragile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>My Songs<\/em> follows Sting\u2019s 2018 collaboration with Shaggy, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/review-sting-and-shaggy-throw-an-eclectic-reggae-party-on-44-876-629215\/\"><em>44\/876<\/em><\/a>, which won a Grammy for Best Reggae Album.
