The contemplative pop ballad features guest vocals from 21-year-old rising star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/khalid\/\" id=\"auto-tag_khalid\" data-tag=\"khalid\">Khalid<\/a>, and was co-written with Teddy Geiger, Scott Harris, Anna-Catherine Hartley, and Alexander \u201cXplicit\u201d Izquierdo.<\/p>\n<p>Like other recent Pink tracks \u201cCan We Pretend,\u201d \u201cHustle,\u201d and \u201cWalk Me Home,\u201d \u201cHurts 2B Human\u201d is built on an EDM beat, plucky electric guitar chords and synths. Pink acknowledges the everyday pain and struggle that everyone goes through, while being able to find solace in human connection: \u201cWill you make it sound so pretty even when it\u2019s not?\/Didn\u2019t choose but it\u2019s the only one we\u2019ve got\/And sometimes I get so tired\/Of getting tired up my thoughts\/You\u2019re the only one that often makes it stop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Khalid,&nbsp;<em>Hurts 2B Human<\/em> will feature collaborations with Chris Stapleton, Cash Cash and Wrabel, with production by longtime Pink collaborators Max Martin and Shellback alongside Julia Michaels, Nate Ruess, Greg Kurstin, Teddy Geiger, Sasha Sloan, Beck and Sia.<\/p>\n<p>Pink is currently finishing up her Beautiful Trauma Tour, for the 2017 album of the same name, which wraps up May 21st in New York City.&nbsp;<em>Hurts 2B Human<\/em> is out April 26th.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/pink-khalid-hurts-2b-human-new-song-825599\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via:: Rolling Stone<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pink released a new track, \u201cHurts 2B Human,\u201d the title track from her upcoming album due out this Friday.
