Volunteers will be assigned to 1-mile stretches of the rivers. They will be provided with trash bags and safety vests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Participants are urged to dress appropriately because the event will be held regardless of what Mother Natures tosses at them that day. Organizers are recommending that participants have warm layers, gloves, long pants, a hat and sunscreen. Volunteers also should have water available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Prizes will be awarded for Best of Trash, Most Useful and Most Unusual.
