Cat Power<\/a>, a.k.a. Chan Marshall, released a video for the sparkling \u201cHorizon\u201d from her 2018 album Wandering<\/em>. The singer also announced a fall headlining tour.<\/p>\n

Directed by Greg Hunt, the video depicts scenes in both black and white and color, featuring Marshall\u2019s loved ones\u2014a little girl and her father, a braided woman laying in the grass, and so on. Marshall is seen playing her guitar and singing throughout: \u201cYou\u2019re on the horizon\/I cannot stay.\u201d<\/p>\n

After spending the summer performing shows in Europe\u2014including a stop in London\u2019s Hyde Park with Neil Young and Bob Dylan\u2014Marshall will kick off her fall headlining tour on August 17th at Santa Barbara\u2019s Lobero Theatre. She\u2019ll hit several cities across the U.S., stopping at New York\u2019s newly-reopened Webster Hall on September 22nd and wrapping up at the Fillmore in San Francisco on November 1st.<\/p>\n

Wandering<\/em>, produced entirely by Marshall, marks the artist\u2019s first album in six years. General tickets go on sale Friday, May 10th.<\/span><\/p>\n
