In the event of bad weather, or if flooding from the spring runoff occurs, the path may close for safety reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Cyclists and pedestrians interested in utilizing the path should frequently check the CDOT website for updates, according to the release.<\/p>\n<p>Information on the path can be found on the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cotrip.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">http:\/\/www.COTRIP.org<\/a>&nbsp;page under the Travel Alerts Tab\/Statewide Alerts.
