A blink-182 album AND an EP in the same year?! We’re spoiled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It’s fever pitch around the scene as we gear up for the brand new blink-182<\/strong> album. So far this year we’ve had three brand new blink-182 songs, but as it stands we still haven’t got any of the release details for the full album. <\/p>\n

Well now, even without the album details, drummer Travis Barker has revealed that later this year blink-182 will be releasing an EP – and the song they recorded with Pharrell Williams<\/strong> and Lil Uzi Vert<\/strong> will feature there instead of their upcoming album.<\/p>\n

In a recent interview<\/a>, Travis shared “It\u2019s not gonna come out on the album – it\u2019s gonna come out probably on the EP that comes later this year. But blink just did a song with [Lil] Uzi [Vert], that\u2019s the most mind-blowing thing ever – with Pharrell.”<\/em><\/p>\n

He continued “So you have these things now where like, where Uzi is out at Pharrell\u2019s studio and he\u2019s like \u2018yo I just did this song with blink\u2019, so Uzi is like \u2018I gotta get on that\u2019. So it\u2019s almost coming full circle, but maybe it\u2019s not coming full circle in rock – it\u2019s actually affecting a whole other genre of music.”<\/em><\/p>\n

So a new blink album AND an EP this year? Consider us excited.<\/p>\n
