The annual Boogie\u2019s Buddy 5-Mile foot race drew more than 800 participants for the morning loop around town, starting and finishing in Rio Grande Park and benefiting the beloved nonprofit. With enough snow still blanketing the slopes atop Independence Pass, some even went skiing in the Fourth of July Bowl on the Fourth of July. At 11 a.m., Aspen\u2019s Old Fashioned Fourth of July Parade set off on Main Street, winding its way through the core with motorcyclists, fire trucks, floats and more taking part.
