This is ‘Hold Your Breath’.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It was only last month that Chicago-based lads Sleep On It<\/strong> announced the details of their upcoming album ‘Pride & Disaster’, but now they’ve given us another insight into what to expect from it.<\/p>\n

‘Hold Your Breath’ is the second track Sleep On It have released from ‘Pride & Disaster’, and it follows on from ‘Under The Moment’ – which they released last month alongside their new album announcement. <\/p>\n

Speaking of the story behind ‘Hold Your Breath’, frontman TJ Horansky shared, \u201cMusically, this was the first song I ever wrote while on tour. It was back in November while we were on the road with Broadside<\/strong> and With Confidence.<\/strong> I demoed the instrumentals in Maryland and Zech wrote vocals while we were at the Palladium in Worchester.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cThe energy of the song was inspired by our live show… Since we were on tour and playing every night, I was just in that mindset. I remember showing the guys in the other bands on the tour and getting their feedback.”<\/em><\/p>\n
