The clip follows Smith and her friends around London as they try to stay cool in a heat wave, whether it\u2019s taking a late night swim or speeding down the street on a motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cFor \u2018Be Honest,\u2019 Jorja wanted to create a film that embodied the spirit of Summer \u2014 pure wild fun,\u201d Johnson said in a statement. \u201cWe wanted to invite the world in, to experience a different side of Jorja. Free and full of light, and some \u2018Hot Girl Summer\u2019 energy.\u2019 While writing in my AC-filled apartment in Brooklyn, I thought about how there\u2019s nothing quite like summers in the city. You\u2019re caught between concrete high rises, sweating from heat delirium, with our makeshift fire hydrant beaches. Yet despite it all, there\u2019s a contagious air that floods the city, and your imagination becomes infinite.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">While \u201cBe Honest\u201d marks Smith\u2019s first solo song since <em>Lost and Found<\/em>, she\u2019s recently collaborated with English MC Loyle Carner and singer-songwriter Maverick Sabre.
