Crews were dispatched to investigate the problem, she said at about 6:45 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">The <a id=\"N0x2299470N0x248cda0:N0x2299470N0x2493160\" href=\"https:\/\/ebill.holycross.com\/mapviewer\/mapviewer.html?config=Outage+Web+Map\">Holy Cross outage map<\/a> as of 8:15 p.m. was not available for updates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Restaurants and other businesses took a hit on what typically would have been a busy summer night.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Motorists reported that the traffic signal at Highway 82 and Basalt Avenue, the main entrance into Basalt, was out of commission, causing congestion during late rush hour traffic. The outage didn\u2019t extend downvalley as far as El Jebel. Homes in Sopris Village experienced a surge but no loss of power.
