Pusha T<\/a> has released his latest track \u201cComing Home,\u201d produced by Kanye West<\/a> and Mike Dean and featuring a rare guest appearance by Ms. Lauryn Hill<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On the track, Pusha T speaks to black disenfranchisement and the struggle to achieve freedom: \u201cI\u2019m speakin\u2019 to the soul of my black native bros\/Who ain\u2019t get to go to school like a J. Cole\/Who ain\u2019t have a silver spoon or a bankroll\/Who weren\u2019t taught the golden rule, but they made due.\u201d<\/p>\n

In conjunction with the release of \u201cComing Home,\u201d Pusha T has partnered with Brittany K. Barnett\u2019s Buried Alive Project and MiAngel Cody\u2019s The Decarceration Collective to launch the Third Strike Coming Home Campaign<\/a>, an initiative that aims to free people serving life imprisonment under the outdated 3 Strikes Drug Law. The Virginia rapper kicked off the campaign with a donation of $25,000.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Pusha T released another West-produced song, \u201cSociopath,\u201d<\/a> a holdover from his 2018 LP Daytona<\/em>. In April, he was featured on Anderson .Paak\u2019s<\/a> new album Ventura<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Last year Lauryn Hill embarked on a 20th anniversary tour<\/a> for her album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill<\/em>. The last time she contributed her voice to new music was for the soundtrack to the 2015 documentary What Happened, Miss Simone?<\/em><\/a>, but her songs have been sampled on numerous tracks in the past decade, include Drake\u2019s<\/a> mega-hit \u201cNice For What.\u201d<\/p>\n
