Something we could all laugh about in time. But alas, here we are with more news from the catastrophe of a festival. Buckle up.<\/p>\n<p>The trustee in Fyre Festival&#8217;s bankruptcy case is <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2019\/biz\/news\/fyre-festival-blink-182-kendall-jenner-emily-ratajkowski-1203317362\/\">reportedly suing<\/a> <strong>blink-182<\/strong> (well, their agent CAA) for the return of the deposit they were paid upfront for their headline appearance at the festival.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So Fyre Festival are seeking $500,000 from blink, who were set to headline the bin fire \/ festival &#8211; which was paid in advance of their appearance. The suit alleges that the deposit was part of organizer Billy McFarland\u2019s scheme to defraud investors, and therefore should be voided.<\/p>\n<p>The absolute state of that.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Also being sued for the return of their deposits are other artists from the Fyre Festival line-up&nbsp;<strong>Lil Yachty<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Migos<\/strong>&nbsp;and more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rocksound.tv\/news\/read\/blink-182-are-being-sued-by-fyre-festival\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via:: Rock Sound News<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sure, why not.
