Keith Urban<\/a> is apparently a Taylor Swift<\/a> fan. During the singer\u2019s performance at the Washington State Fair he took the opportunity to unveil an impassioned cover of Swift\u2019s \u201cLover,\u201d off her recent album<\/a> of the same name.<\/p>\n

Urban shared the cover on his Instagram page, writing, \u201cEvery now and then you hear a song that you love and wish you\u2019d written and a HUGE thx to my band as well\u2014we didn\u2019t get to rehearse so this is us fully winging it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift promptly responded on her own Instagram stories, praising Urban\u2019s crooning version of the track. \u201cKeith Urban covering \u2018Lover\u2019 flawlessly,\u201d Swift wrote in a series of stories. \u201cI am screaming. This is so beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift dropped her seventh studio album, Lover,<\/em> on August 23rd after several months of promotion and several singles. She released \u201cLover,\u201d which was produced by Jack Antonoff, ahead of the album and debuted the music video<\/a> for the track during a YouTube Originals livestream event.<\/p>\n
