The tracks will feature on her much-anticipated sophomore album <em>Romance<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>On the massive \u201cShameless,\u201d Cabello sings about an unfulfilled crush. The track starts out with just an alluring, subtle guitar riff before opening up to a dark synth sound before the second verse. \u201cI need you more than I want ya,\u201d she sings on the chorus. In the video, Cabello confesses her sins to a priest, watches her crush talk to another girl at a party and appears to be running from something or someone down a dark city street.<\/p>\n<p>On the horn-driven \u201cLiar,\u201d Cabello laments falling deeper in love. \u201cOh no, there you go\/Making me a liar\/Got me begging you for more\/Oh no, there I go\/Startin\u2019 up a fire,\u201d she sings on the chorus.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" type=\"text\/html\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6-OvO8ZuW98?version=3&amp;enablejsapi=1&amp;origin=https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com&amp;rel=1&amp;fs=1&amp;autohide=2&amp;showsearch=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;iv_load_policy=1&amp;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\">[embedded content]<\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cabello revealed more about her second album in a statement. \u201cThese songs are basically the story of my life the past couple years and the stories I\u2019ve accumulated,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI knew for a long time I wanted my album to be called <em>Romance<\/em> because these stories are about falling in love.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Five months after parting ways with Fifth Harmony, Cabello began releasing non-collaboration solo singles. Her first big hit was the late 2017 release \u201cHavana.\u201d She released her debut solo album,&nbsp;<em>Camila<\/em>, last January. The album was followed by a solo headlining tour and then a headlining spot on Taylor Swift\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Reputation<\/em> World Tour. This year, she has partnered with Alejandro Sanz, Mark Ronson and Shawn Mendes for singles. \u201cSe\u00f1orita\u201d with Mendes peaked at Number Two on&nbsp;<em>Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2018s Top 100 Songs chart.
