Charli XCX<\/a> invited Christine and the Queens<\/a> to join her for a rendition of their joint single, \u201cGone,\u201d on The Tonight Show<\/a><\/em>. The moody, gothic-themed performance brought the pair onstage together in all-black garb to offer an impassioned version of the pulsating track.<\/p>\n

\u201cGone\u201d comes off Charli XCX\u2019s recent album Charli<\/em>, which dropped earlier this month. The song is one of several collaborations, which also include Lizzo, Troye Sivan<\/a> and Haim<\/a>. The singer will tour in support of Charli<\/em> in the U.S. this fall, kicking off at Atlanta, Georgia\u2019s Buckhead Theatre on September 20th and wrapping up with two shows at New York\u2019s Terminal 5 on October 21st and 22nd. Tommy Genesis, Brooke Candy, Dorian Electra and Allie X will be featured as opening acts on the tour.<\/p>\n

During her appearance on The Tonight Show<\/em> Charlie XCX also sat down with host Jimmy Fallon<\/a> to discuss the new album and her \u201990s-themed music video<\/a> for \u201c1999.\u201d The singer told Fallon that Charli<\/em> feels like her most personal album to date. \u201cOn this one I kind of delved more in to my mental health and my insecurities and my feelings on anxiety and stuff,\u201d she said. \u201cIt just kind of happened in a natural way. I\u2019m really proud of the album.\u201d<\/p>\n
