Councilman Skippy Mesirow declared he couldn\u2019t think because citizens were exercising their Second Amendment rights at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Here\u2019s an idea: Require citizens to open carry at all City Council meetings.
