Good news: We\u2019ve survived nearly three years of a Trump presidency. Bad news: Trump has been president for nearly three years. If you\u2019re digging deep for some gratitude this holiday season but keep coming up short, remember:<\/p>\n

1. His hair: a reminder that yours could always be worse.<\/p>\n

2. Every time you read about one of his kids you dislike your own a little less.<\/p>\n

3. Impeachment 2019: I laughed! I cried! It was better than \u201cCats!\u201d<\/p>\n

4. He\u2019s made buying newspapers great again.<\/p>\n

5. There\u2019d be no #MeToo without him. (Thanks, Mr. President!)<\/p>\n

6. He makes not being American, rich, Christian, white, blonde, male, married, an Ivy League graduate and president of the United States seem remarkably appealing.<\/p>\n

7. Dim-witted people have never felt so smart (by comparison).<\/p>\n

8. Inarticulate people have never felt so eloquent (by comparison).<\/p>\n

9. The only thing more fun than watching \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d skewer him is picturing him watching himself get skewered on \u201cSaturday Night Live.\u201d<\/p>\n

10. He inspired Canada to give itself a Sandy-at-the-end-of-\u201cGrease\u201d makeover. (Rawr, Canada!)<\/p>\n

11. His tweets make your toddler\u2019s tantrums look quaint.<\/p>\n

12. At least your creepy racist grandfather doesn\u2019t have a regular audience.<\/p>\n

13. Fantasizing how his presidency will end \u2014 prison? Managing a Cinnabon in Omaha? \u2014 is more thrilling than crack.<\/p>\n

14. Sarah Palin doesn\u2019t seem so bad anymore.<\/p>\n

15. Ditto for George W. Bush.<\/p>\n

16. Melania may get him before anyone else.<\/p>\n

17. No matter what happens, he\u2019s the guy who tried \u2014 and failed! \u2014 to buy Greenland.<\/p>\n

18. He won\u2019t be president forever, but footage of Sean Spicer on \u201cDancing with the Stars\u201d in what the New York Times described as a \u201cfloofy neon top\u201d will last exactly that long.<\/p>\n

19. There still may be a pee tape.<\/p>\n

20. Imagine the movies yet to be made about his downfall.<\/p>\n

21. Three words: birth control reminder.<\/p>\n

22. Because the only thing more fun than visualizing Jimmy Carter or Ruth Bader Ginsburg kicking his ass is knowing they can actually do it.<\/p>\n

23. Who wanted the world to last forever anyway?<\/p>\n

24. Hang in there! You\u2019re only a few squares away from winning Trump Bingo.<\/p>\n

25. Each time he breathes the rest of us can, too, because it means Mike Pence isn\u2019t president.<\/p>\n

26. There\u2019s always a chance this is all just a bad dream.<\/p>\n

27. Only 8,208 hours until Election Day 2020.<\/p>\n
